After a session there are many things a patient can do for a healthy and speedy recovery time.
Our recommendations:
- Eat a small meal before.
- If you are doing physical therapy or chiropractic, on a different day is preferable to schedule your appointment.
- It is not recommended to go to the gym afterward.
- Relaxation is best after your acupuncture treatment. If you must go or go back to work it is fine, just no physical activities.
- Do not skip meals (3 meals a day is ideal).
